so i'm back on the web.  it's been a while, and i've been considering writing again when today my husband said he thought i should come back to writing, so here i am.  i dont know what this site will have in store, but i'm here to throw my thoughts and opinions out into the world again.  maybe i'll use this as a platform for my serious thoughts on the state of the world as i know it, maybe it will be full of silliness, most likely it will be a good mix of the two - with pictures of life in europe thrown in every so often too.
